“After I lost my job, I struggled to keep up with my rent, but eventually lost my apartment. My worst nightmare came true when I entered a shelter with my kids. Almost all of my anxiety was eliminated when I met with the staff at Hilliard House. I was able to gain stable employment and in July 2014 I opened the door to our new apartment!”
